A Journey of Healing- Embracing Hope and Balance with WBJMinistries

Opening Prayer

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude and humility. You are the source of all wisdom, the healer of the broken, and the strength for the weary. As we gather under Your banner with WBJMinistries, we ask that Your Word illuminate our hearts and minds. Let this sermon bring hope, clarity, and empowerment as we face the mental health crisis gripping our communities. Grant us understanding through Your Halaleyah Scriptures, the Holy Bible, and the wisdom of ancient truths. In Yahusha’s name, we pray. Halaleyah.

A Story of Redemption- The Soul’s Journey

In the bustling city of the present age, there lived a young man named Frankie. Frankie carried the weight of the world on his shoulders. Despite his outward strength, inside she wrestled with anxiety, depression, and a deep sense of inadequacy. His soul was weary, his mind clouded, and his spirit fractured.

One evening, as he wandered the city streets, he stumbled into a small gathering hosted by WBJMinistries. The words spoken there pierced his heart.

"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" Mattithyahu -(Matthew 11:28).

It was here that Frankie learned about the interconnectedness of his mind, body, and spirit, a concept found both in the Holy Scriptures and the ancient Kemetic laws. One teaching particularly resonated with him*

"Man know thyself, and thou shalt know the gods/Elohim." This ancient Kemetic principle echoed the words of( Tellihim) -Psalm 139:14, “I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Frankie began to understand that true healing required knowing hisself as a divine creation, wonderfully and purposefully made.

The Crisis Within

Today, beloved, we are like Frankie in many ways. We live in a world where the mental health crisis has reached epidemic proportions. Anxiety, depression, and despair have become the silent companions of countless souls. Yet, our Creator has given us tools for restoration and hope.

The Halaleyah Scriptures remind us in Halaleyah( Tellihim)-Psalms 42:11,

"Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in Elohim, for I shall yet praise Him, the help of my countenance and my Elohim."

This verse teaches us that even in the depths of despair, we can lift our spirits by turning to Yahusha, the ultimate healer.

From the Kemetic tradition, the Law of Ma’at teaches us to "Maintain balance in all things." How often do we neglect the balance between work and rest, between giving and receiving, between nourishing the body and feeding the soul? When we lose this balance, our mental health suffers.

The Power of the Word

As Frankie delved deeper into the Scriptures, he found solace in the words of(Yeshayahu)- Isaiah 26:3,

"You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You."

He began to pray daily, using the Halaleyah Scriptures to declare truths over her life. One of her favorites was Halaleyah( Tellihim)- Psalms 119:105,

"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path."

He learned that speaking the Word aloud was like armor for her mind. His prayers became bold declarations, transforming his thoughts and strengthening his spirit.

Frankie also embraced the Kemetic principle of “Speaking truth in righteousness.” This reminded him that affirming positive truths about hisself was not only biblical but also a divine responsibility.

Community as Healing

WBJMinistries became Frankie’s sanctuary, a place where he learned the importance of community. The Bible teaches us in(Galatim )-Galatians 6:2,

"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ/Yahusha."

In the same way, the Kemetic laws emphasize the principle of Ubuntu: "I am because we are." Frankie realized that isolation fed her despair, but fellowship nurtured his spirit.

The Mind of Christ/Yahusha

Frankie’s journey of healing came full circle when he discovered(Philippiyim )-Philippians 4:8,

"Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things."

He began to renew his mind daily, aligning his thoughts with the mind of Christ/Yahusha. He also lived by the Kemetic principle of “Mastering one’s emotions,” recognizing that self-control was a divine gift.

A Call to Action

Beloved, the story of Frankie is a story for us all. The mental health crisis cannot be faced alone. It requires us to integrate the teachings of Scripture, the wisdom of our ancestors, and the support of our community.

Let us commit to being vessels of grace for those who are struggling. Let us speak life, encourage balance, and declare healing through the Word of Yahusha. As Halaleyah 147:3 reminds us,

"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

Closing Prayer

Abba Yah, we thank You for the power of Your Word and the ancient wisdom You have entrusted to us. Help us to bring hope to those burdened by the weight of mental illness. Teach us to walk in balance, to speak truth in love, and to be a light in the darkness. Empower WBJMinistries to be a beacon of healing and restoration. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds. In the mighty name of Yahusha, we pray. Halleluyah.
