Justice Begins with Balance (The Scales and the Chakras)
The scales of justice, ⚖️a gavel, 👩🏼⚖️and a tallit. These represent external order, but true justice begins within. The chakras, the energy centers Yah placed within us, must be aligned if we are to walk justly and purposefully. Let’s walk through them;
Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Foundation in Faith
🟥 Symbol; Tallit and gavel resting on solid ground 📖 Tehillim (Psalms) 1:3 – “He shall be as a tree planted by the rivers of water...”📜 Spiritual Insight; Do you feel secure in Yah’s Word? Ground yourself in Torah. Justice must start from strong spiritual footing.
Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Creative Righteousness

📖 Mishlĕ (Proverbs) 11:23 – “The desire of the righteous is only good...”📜
Spiritual Insight; This chakra governs emotion and relationship. True justice is empathetic, not cold. Yah desires righteousness that flows with compassion.
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Divine Authority Within
🟨 Symbol; Gavel – a sign of inner authority. 📖 Mattithyahu (Matthew) 5:16 – “Let your light so shine before men...”📜
Spiritual Insight; Justice is empowered when we walk in holy confidence. You do not need approval. Yah has already appointed you.
Heart Chakra (Anahata) – Love and Forgiveness as Law

📖 Qoheleth (Ecclesiastes) 3:17 – “Elohim judges the righteous and the wrong, for there is a time for every matter.”📜 Spiritual Insight; When the heart is open, judgment is balanced with mercy. Without love, justice becomes cruelty.
Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – Speaking Truth in Wisdom

Spiritual Insight; Justice must be spoken. Do not be silent in the face of evil. But let your words be full of truth and light.

Spiritual Insight; Justice is not just knowledge, it is vision. Yah gives insight beyond sight. Pray for discernment before action.

Spiritual Insight; At the highest point, justice is surrender. We obey not out of law alone, but out of love for the Most High.
Reflection Questions~Where am I spiritually blocked in carrying out justice or purpose? Which chakra (area of life) needs Yah’s healing and balance? Am I judging fairly, both others and myself?
