Divine Clarity- Removing Bias and Aligning with God's Will in Decision-Making

Removing Bias from Decision-Making
With WBJMinistries, Embracing Grace, Truth, and the Cosmos
Opening Prayer-
Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with humble hearts, seeking Your guidance and wisdom. Open our minds and hearts to Your divine truths. May we align our decisions with Your will, embracing grace, love, and understanding. Remove any bias that clouds our judgment, and help us to see others as You see them. Fill us with the Holy Spirit as we dive into Your Word and reflect on how we can make decisions that honor You and uphold justice. We ask this in the name of Yahusha. HalleluYah
Scripture Reading*
Halaleyah Scripture(Yeshayahu)- Isaiah 11:3 (Halaleyah Version)
"He will not judge by what His eyes see, nor decide by what His ears hear."
Traditional Bible Version- Isaiah 11:3
"And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord- and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears"
Beloved,
Today, we reflect on a powerful truth—one that resonates deeply in our lives as we navigate this complex world of decision-making. We are all called to remove bias from our hearts, minds, and judgments. Our God/Elohim is not a God/Elohim who sees with human eyes or hears with human ears. He sees all things clearly, with an understanding that transcends the limits of our perceptions. And in His likeness, we are called to do the same.
(Yeshayahu)-Isaiah 11:3 reminds us of the qualities of the Messiah—Yahusha, who came to show us a perfect example of how to live, think, and make decisions. Yahusha did not allow the surface of things to cloud His judgment. He did not see through the lens of race, class, or status. He did not listen to the whispers of bias and prejudice. Instead, He listened to the voice of truth, which transcends the limited scope of human understanding.
Why is this important for us?
In our ministry, WBJMinistries, we are called to act in the same way. We are called to make decisions that reflect the heart of Yahusha. This means we must be intentional about removing bias from our thinking. Bias—whether in the form of racial prejudice, societal stereotypes, or assumptions based on appearances—distorts our perception of others and blocks us from the fullness of God's /Elohim's will.
The Cosmos and Our Decision-Making:
As we reflect on this teaching, we also look to the Cosmos—the divine order of creation. The stars, the moon, the planets, all move according to a perfect and just design. Just as the cosmos follows a divine order, we too must align ourselves with the perfect order of God's/Elohim's will. The cosmos does not show favoritism. The sun shines on both the righteous and the unrighteous, and the rain falls on the just and the unjust Mattithyahu -(Matthew 5:45). Similarly, we are called to make decisions that reflect fairness, love, and grace, without bias or favoritism.
When we allow bias to govern our decisions, we step out of alignment with this divine order. We forget that all human beings are created in the image of God/Elohim Beritithith -(Genesis 1:27). When we remove bias from our hearts and decisions, we return to this divine alignment. We begin to reflect God's/Elohim's image more fully in how we treat others, how we make decisions, and how we serve.
A Call to Action-
I challenge each of you today to consider the biases in your own decision-making. Are there areas where you are judging based on what your eyes see or what your ears hear? Are you making decisions based on preconceived notions or assumptions? Or are you allowing God's/Elohim's truth to guide you?
Remove the veil of bias from your heart and mind. Look beyond the surface. See the world as God/Elohim's sees it. Listen for His voice, which calls us to love, to act justly, and to show grace. In doing so, we will embody the grace-filled message of WBJMinistries—a message that reflects Yahusha’s example of unbiased love and truth.
Closing Prayer
Father God,/ Abba Elohim
Thank You for Your Word, which speaks to our hearts and guides us to live in accordance with Your will. Help us to remove the bias in our decision-making and to see others as You see them. Grant us the wisdom and grace to make decisions that reflect Your love and justice. May we always be aligned with Your divine order, just as the cosmos moves in perfect harmony with Your plan. Empower us to live out this truth in our daily lives, in our ministry, and in all that we do. We ask this in the mighty name of Yahusha. HalleluYah!
Blessings to you all.
