🌅 Sermon ~The Answer You’ve Been Waiting For is Yes🌅
🙏🤲🏼📿🙌🏼🛐
Abba Yah, Creator of the heavens and the earth, we thank You for this light that whispers “yes” into our spirits. Yahusha, confirm within us the promises already spoken. May wisdom from every corner of creation and every tradition bring us closer to You. We honor our ancestors, our mothers in the Scriptures, and the voices of Black women whose resilience reminds us that Your “yes” still stands. Halleluyah. 🙏
🌍 The Message~ The heavens in this image glow with pink and gold, declaring; “The answer you’ve been waiting for is yes.”
Anthropology teaches us that every culture searches for divine affirmation. From the Amadlozi of Zulu tradition to the Mohegan Tribe of New England, people have always asked; Does Elohim hear us? The answer is echoed across continents, across tongues, across faiths, Yes.
📜 In the Scriptures, women lived this truth. Esther said yes to her calling “for such a time as this.” Mary Magdalene heard Yahusha say yes to redemption, transforming her past into power. Deborah, the prophetess and judge, stood in a courtroom of ancient Israel and said yes to justice under the law.
Black women echo this strength;
Maya Angelou declared, “And still, I rise.” A testimony that even in oppression, Elohim’s “yes” is stronger than man’s “no.” bell hooks reminded us, “Love is an action, never simply a feeling.” Yahusha’s “yes” is action, it redeems, heals, and restores.
📚 Philosophy & Science ~ Philosopher Aristotle once said, “Hope is the dream of a waking man.” That hope is Elohim’s yes.
Albert Einstein added, “Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.” When we look at this sunrise, we see science confirming Elohim’s artistry. Light scattering through the atmosphere, colors blooming across the horizon, yet beyond science is the Spirit whispering; yes, I am here. 📊 Applied statistics tells us probability often feels uncertain but faith tells us Yahusha is not a percentage, He is the promise. Where data gives us likelihood, Yahusha gives us certainty. ⚖️ Law and Justice ~ In law, justice delayed is justice denied. Yet with Yahusha, the scales are balanced. Deborah judged Israel under palm trees, showing us that Elohim’s “yes” establishes fairness. Today, in our legal systems and struggles for justice, we echo her voice; Let truth rise, let the oppressed hear yes.
🌍 Geography & World Religions ~Travel across the globe, and you will hear this same “yes”: In Catholic cathedrals of Poland, candles flicker with yes. In Islamic prayer calls, the adhan answers yes, Elohim is near.
In Buddhist temples of Asia, stillness breathes yes. In Hindu chants, the sacred syllable Om vibrates yes.
In Chakra alignment, the body radiates yes to balance. Geography teaches us that no mountain or ocean separates us from Yahusha’s promise. From the Himalayas to the Hudson River, the yes resounds. 🌊⛰️
✨ Application for Us Today~ Personal – Your prayer is not ignored. The yes may come in silence, but it is present.
Community – Just as ancestors carried faith forward, you too are a bridge of yes for the generations to come. Spiritual – Yahusha says in Qorintiym Sheniy (2 Corinthians) 1:20, Halleluyah Scriptures: “For all the promises of Elohim in Him are Yes, and in Him halaleyah”
