A Journey From anxiety to Freedom
🔥 WHEN THE SOUL IS OUT OF BALANCE, BECOME THE GUIDANCE
🙏🏼 Opening Prayer
✝️🌍🛐🙌🏼📿🤲🏼
Elohim, open our eyes to the condition of the world and also to the condition within ourselves. Give us wisdom to recognize what is happening around us and courage to examine what is happening within us. Teach us to bring our thoughts, emotions, words, and actions into alignment with righteousness. Help us understand ourselves without losing sight of You. Give us peace without weakness, strength without harm, knowledge without pride, and compassion without compromise. In Yahusha's name, Halleluyah! 🔥🕊️
🌍 THE WORLD OUTSIDE US AND THE WORLD WITHIN US
We live in a world surrounded by information, technology, science, religion, philosophy, and constant communication. Yet with all this knowledge, humanity still struggles with violence, hatred, division, abuse, loneliness, greed, and hopelessness.
The question is not only, “What is wrong with the world?”
We must also ask:
“What is happening within the human being?”
Sociology studies how people are shaped by families, communities, systems, culture, economics, geography, and social relationships. Psychology examines thoughts, emotions, behavior, and development. Applied statistics helps us recognize structures.
However spiritual examination asks something deeper:
What are we allowing to govern our hearts?
📖 Bereshith (Genesis) 1:27 reminds us that humanity was created in the image of Elohim. That means every human being possesses dignity. Even when someone has walk terrible paths, we must never forget the value of human life.
🧘🏼♀️THE CHAKRAS AS A FRAMEWORK FOR SELF-EXAMINATION
Across ancient traditions, the chakra system has been used as a way of describing centers associated with physical awareness, emotion, identity, communication, intuition, and spiritual consciousness. We do not have to treat every spiritual tradition as Scripture to learn from the questions it raises. Instead, we can use the concept as a reflective framework:
What is happening inside me?
Because before we can help heal a broken community, we must be willing to examine the condition of our own spirit, mind, and conduct.
🔴 THE ROOT — SECURITY AND FOUNDATION
The root chakra is traditionally associated with grounding, safety, and stability. And isn't stability important?
A person constantly living in anxiety can become reactive. A person who has never experienced safety may struggle to trust.
A family without stability can experience tremendous pressure.
Nonetheless Scripture reminds us that our foundation cannot be built entirely upon circumstances. Our foundation must be stronger than our circumstances. When everything around you is shaking, you need something within you that remains established. Be grounded before you become confrontational.
🟠 THE SACRAL — EMOTION AND SELF-CONTROL
The second chakra is traditionally associated with emotions, relationships, creativity, and desire.
This gives us another powerful question:
Who is controlling my emotions. Me, or my emotions controlling me?
Anger is real.
Pain is real.
Disappointment is real. Though feeling something does not require us to become controlled by it. A person can experience anger without becoming harmful. A person can experience rejection without becoming hatred. A person can experience disappointment without destroying someone else. True strength is not the absence of emotion.
True strength is learning how to respond to emotion with knowledge.
🟡 THE SOLAR PLEXUS — POWER AND RESPONSIBILITY
The solar plexus is traditionally connected with personal power, confidence, and will. Nevertheless power without character becomes dangerous. History has repeatedly shown us what happens when people believe power gives them permission to dominate others.
The question is not:
“How powerful am I?”
The better question is:
“What do I do with the power I have?”
Your voice is power.
Your paths are power.
Your position is power.
Your influence is power.
Use it to build.
Use it to protect.
Use it to encourage.
Use it to support.
Yahusha taught us that greatness is connected to service. Power becomes righteous when it is used to help rather than harm.
💚 THE HEART — COMPASSION AND HUMAN DIGNITY
The heart chakra is traditionally associated with love, compassion, and connection. And here we find something deeply compatible with the message of Righteousness: we cannot become so angry about evil that we lose our capacity for humanity.
Compassion does not mean approving wrongdoing.
Forgiveness does not mean eliminating boundaries.
Peace does not mean permitting abuse.
Equity does not mean revenge.
We can stand against injustice while still recognizing human dignity.
This is where spirituality must become practical. How do we treat the person who disagrees with us?
How do we treat the poor?
How do we treat immigrants?
How do we treat children?
How do we treat the elderly?
How do we treat people who have made mistakes?
How do we treat people who cannot give us anything in return?
That is where character becomes visible.
🔵 THE THROAT — THE POWER OF WORDS
The throat chakra is traditionally associated with communication and expression.
Scripture also places tremendous importance on our words.
Words can encourage.
Words can educate.
Words can expose injustice.
Still words can also humiliate, manipulate, provoke, and destroy.
Before you speak, ask:
Is it authentic?
Is it necessary?
Is it righteous?
Will it bring clarity or confusion?
In an age where one sentence can travel around the world in seconds, responsible communication is more important than ever.
Do not use your voice merely because you have one.
Use your voice with purpose.
🟣 THE THIRD EYE — DISCERNMENT AND UNDERSTANDING
The third-eye concept is traditionally associated with intuition, perception, and insight. We can approach this symbolically as a reminder to look beyond appearances. Not everything that is popular is true. Not everything that is emotional is righteous. Not everything that is repeated is factual. Not everything that looks content is renewed. This is where knowledge and discernment matter.
Applied statistics teaches us to examine evidence.
Sociology teaches us to examine social patterns.
History teaches us to examine consequences.
Philosophy teaches us to question assumptions.
Faith teaches us to seek understanding.
We need all of these disciplines to become more thoughtful human beings.
Do not allow your emotions to become your only source of righteousness.
⚪ THE CROWN — PURPOSE AND CONNECTION TO THE CREATOR
The crown chakra is traditionally associated with higher consciousness and spiritual connection.
For us, this raises the ultimate question:
What is my purpose?
Why am I here?
What am I supposed to do with my life?
What am I leaving behind?
Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 40:26 tells us to lift our eyes toward the heavens and consider the greatness of creation.
🌌 Look at the Cosmos.
Billions of stars. Galaxies beyond what the human eye can see. Worlds separated by distances our minds struggle to comprehend. And yet here we are. Living, thinking, choosing, loving, learning, and serving. The Cosmos should not make us feel meaningless.
It should humble us.
It should remind us that our lives are part of something much greater than our personal arguments and temporary conflicts.
🔥 BRINGING THE WHOLE PERSON INTO ALIGNMENT
The greatest battle may not always be between one person and another. Sometimes the battle is within us. Our thoughts say one thing. Our emotions say another. Our desires pull us somewhere else. Our pride tells us to retaliate. Our conscience tells us to stop. And somewhere in the middle, we must decern.
What will govern me?
Anxiety?
Agitation?
Pride?
Reciprocity?
Or Righteousness?
This is why self-examination matters.
The chakra system can provide one traditional symbolic language for examining different dimensions of ourselves, while Scripture remains the foundation of our faith and our relationship with Elohim. We are not called to become spiritually scattered.
We are called to become whole.
Mind.
Body.
Character.
Words.
Actions.
Faith.
Purpose.
🔥 Alignment begins when what we believe starts becoming what we live.
🌌 THE GUIDANCE IS STILL HERE
Desolation does not disappear because we complain about it. Desolation is challenged when somebody decides to become a source of hope. You can bring hope into your household. Hope into your community. Hope into your classroom. Hope into your workplace. Hope into your ministry. Hope into somebody's darkest moment. You may not be able to change the entire world.
Nonetheless you can change what comes through you. You can stop the cycle. You can refuse to pass trauma forward. You can choose knowledge before reaction. You can choose boundaries without hatred. You can choose truth without cruelty. You can choose compassion without surrendering righteousness. You can choose peace without becoming passive.
🔥 Don't become another source of desolation while fighting desolation.
Become the insight.
💖 WBJMinistries — CALLED TO RIGHTEOUSNESS. SET APART TO SUPPORT.
This is the work of WBJMinistries.
We are called to seek truth, develop understanding, strengthen faith, encourage healing, support people, and serve with purpose. We believe spiritual growth should not disconnect us from the world. It should make us more responsible within it. Let knowledge make us wiser. Let faith make us stronger. Let compassion make us better. Let science teach us to observe. Let history teach us to remember. Let philosophy teach us to examine. Let Scripture teach us to pursue Righteousness. And let our lives demonstrate what we believe.
🔥 OUR DECLARATION
I will examine myself before condemning others. I will not allow agitation to govern me. I will not normalize harm. I will not confuse agitation with uprightness. I will protect life. I will speak with revelation. I will seek knowledge. I will practice discernment. I will establish healthy boundaries. I will pursue peace. I will serve with purpose. I will seek Righteousness. I will carry the light.
