Under the Heavens-WBJMinistries Illuminating Unity and Hope
Together in Grace- Building Community Amid Isolation
Opening Prayer
Halaleyah Scriptures-
"Yahusha Elohim, we come before You in awe of Your creation, the heavens and the earth, the sun, moon, and stars. Let Your wisdom flow through WBJMinistries and all gathered here. May we embrace the beauty of community as You intended. Unite us through Your Ruach Ha'Qodesh and teach us to walk in love. Halaleyah."
The Story Begins
WBJMinistries had always been a source of light in their community, but the days had grown challenging. Isolation crept into lives, leaving people yearning for connection. It was during one of these quiet evenings that Wanda Jones, the ministry’s founder, prayed deeply for guidance.
That night, a cosmic display lit up the skies—a meteor shower, radiant and divine. Wanda Jones felt it was Yahusha’s reminder- “Even in vast, isolated spaces, the stars come together to illuminate the darkness.” Inspired, she called upon WBJMinistries' family, extended family, and friends to rekindle the spirit of community.
The next day, they began reaching out. They spoke to neighbors, extended hands to strangers, and even coordinated with the NYPD, FDNY first responders, Doctors, Nurses, All healthcare Professionals. Along with Attorneys/ Lawyers And all law enforcement who had tirelessly served their city. These brave souls reminded them that no challenge was too great when people stood together.
Scriptural Reflection
Halaleyah Scriptures
Tehillim (Psalms) 133:1- “See, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!”
Wanda Jones read this to WBJMinistries, encouraging everyone to dwell not in isolation but in unity. This unity was not limited to believers but extended to the entire community. Together, with organized food drives, created prayer circles, and brought comfort to the lonely.
Traditional Bible (KJV)(Mattithyahu) -
Matthew 18:20- “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”
WBJMinistries lived this verse, meeting in small, heartfelt groups, praying for their city, their first responders, and the lost. These gatherings reminded them that Yahusha (Jesus) was present, knitting their spirits together.
A Bold Vision with the Cosmos
Wanda Jones looked to the stars one evening and shared a vision- “The cosmos reflects our Creator’s design. Just as every star has its place, so do we. Together, we create constellations—bright, guiding lights for those in the dark. WBJMinistries is our constellation, a beacon for community and healing.”
From that night, WBJMinistries embraced this cosmic metaphor, teaching that each person, like a star, has significance. Their outreach extended further, bringing spiritual healing to both the old and the young, from Neikie, the lady with dreams as vast as the universe, to anyone, discovering Yahusha’s wonders through prayer and scripture reading.
Honoring the Protectors
With gratitude, WBJMinistries acknowledged how much everyone in the circle admired hosted events that honor the NYPD FDNY and first responders. These individuals, who daily risked their lives, I love to see these fine folks getting the recognition they deserve. As we reflected on our city and all those who take care of it. The night was filled with read testimonies, music, and prayers that uplifted everyone's spirits.
A Call to Action
"Beloved," Wanda Jones said during a sermon, "community is Yahusha's answer to isolation. WBJMinistries, family, extended family, and friends, let us be the stars that light up the darkness. Build bridges, offer love, and create spaces where the broken can heal. Together, we will mirror the unity and beauty of the cosmos."
Closing Prayer
Halaleyah Scriptures
"Yahusha, we thank You for Your unfailing love and the gift of community. May we reflect Your light, like the stars You created, and guide others to Your truth. Bless the NYPD, FDNY, and all who serve selflessly. Halaleyah."
Final Reflection
WBJMinistries became a living testament to the power of unity, a hub where the cosmos of community shone brightly. Let this story inspire us to build connections wherever we are, knowing that we are never alone under the heavens Yahusha created.
