Cosmic Grace- A Journey of Transformation with WBJMinistries
A Sermon for WBJMinistries -The Kindness of the Cosmos"
Opening Prayer*
Heavenly Father, Creator of the heavens and the earth, we come before You in awe of Your infinite grace. As we journey through this message, may our hearts be filled with Your truth, our spirits uplifted by Your kindness, and our lives transformed by Your Word. Open our minds to the beauty of Your cosmos and the wisdom of Your scriptures. In Yahusha’s name, we pray. Halleluyah.
The Story Begins
It was a starry night, the kind where the vastness of the cosmos reminds you how small yet significant we are. A young woman named Amariah often found herself gazing at the heavens, marveling at the Creator’s handiwork. She lived in a bustling city, much like Manhattan, surrounded by constant motion. But when she looked up, she found peace.
Amariah had been struggling—her heart heavy with guilt over choices she had made. One evening, as she sat beneath the stars, a gentle voice in her heart reminded her of (Romans) -Romiyim 2:4:
"Or do you despise the riches of His kindness and tolerance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of Elohim leads you to repentance?" (Halleluyah Scriptures)
"Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God/Elohim-leadeth thee to repentance?" (Romans 2:4, KJV)
Amariah realized that she had been so focused on her failures that she had overlooked the beauty of the Father’s kindness. She thought about how the same Creator who orchestrated the galaxies also cared for her with patience and love.
That week, Amariah joined WBJMinistries for a study session. Together, they explored how Yahusha’s kindness was not a license to continue in sin but an invitation to change. They reflected on the Tehillim (Psalms) 8:3-4, where David marveled-
"When I look at Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have established, What is man that You remember him, And the son of man that You visit him?" (Halleluyah Scriptures)
"When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?"Tellihim -(Psalm 8:3-4, KJV)
The Call to Action
Amariah’s journey of repentance deepened as she embraced the truth of YeshaYahu (Isaiah) 1:18-
"Come now, and let us reason together,” says Yahusha. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool." (Halleluyah Scriptures)
"Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord/Yahusha though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool." Yeshayahu- (Isaiah 1:18, KJV)
She learned that Yahusha’s grace was not only vast like the cosmos but also personal. Just as He knows each star by name, He knows the depths of our hearts and loves us still.
The Cosmic Reminder
One night, as Amariah stood outside after a WBJMinistries prayer gathering, she saw a shooting star streak across the sky. It reminded her of the fleeting nature of life and the enduring kindness of Yahusha. She remembered Yohanan (John) 3:16*
"For Elohim so loved the world that He gave His only brought-forth Son, so that everyone who believes in Him should not perish but possess everlasting life." (Halleluyah Scriptures)
"For God/Elohim so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Yohanan -(John 3:16, KJV)
In that moment, Amariah understood that just as the cosmos declares Yahusha’s glory, her life could be a reflection of His kindness, leading others to repentance and grace.
Closing Prayer-
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your kindness that leads us to repentance. Just as the stars declare Your glory, may our lives reflect Your love and grace. Help us to walk humbly, seeking You in all we do, and sharing Your Word with others. Bless WBJMinistries as a beacon of light, guiding many to Your truth. In Yahusha’s holy name, we pray. HalleluYah.
The Invitation~
As the night sky bears witness to the Creator’s majesty, so too can our lives testify to His goodness. Take a moment tonight to look at the heavens, to feel His kindness, and to let it transform you. The cosmos declares His glory—let your life do the same.
